Forgeum Studio operates under the French VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the French tax code): every price is final, with no VAT to add. A 30% deposit is due on order and the remaining 70% on delivery for work delivered as a project, including the setup of an AI agent. Subscriptions require no deposit: they are paid in advance, monthly or annually. AI agent subscriptions run for an initial six months, then continue month by month with one month's notice. Care plans remain commitment-free.

Optional add-ons: admin panel or lightweight CMS, blog, multilingual version and more. Quoted on request.

We tell you everything.

A 30% deposit is due on order to start the project. The remaining 70% is due on delivery. You have 7 days to check that the work matches the quote, and it goes live once payment has been received. Payments are made by bank transfer or by card, through a secure payment link.
A Pack Essentiel site takes 2 to 3 weeks, a Pack Pro between 3 and 6 weeks, and a fully custom project between 1 and 3 months depending on complexity. The exact schedule is set after the discovery call and forms part of the quote.
Every package includes a support period of 1 to 6 months. After that, see the Le Suivi page: a monthly plan with no commitment starting at 35 €/month, a 3-hour pack at 120 €, or one-off work at 300 €/day. You remain the full owner of your site.
For websites and applications: yes, entirely. Once the balance is paid, the source code is handed over to you and you are free to host it wherever you like. No proprietary lock-in, no mandatory subscription. AI agents provided on a subscription follow a different rule, explained in the next question.
Work delivered as a project (websites, applications, API integrations, dashboards) belongs to you: the code is handed over to you once paid in full. AI agents, on the other hand, are provided on a subscription: we host and run them. You own your data and the documents they produce; the agent's code remains ours. That is what lets us fix it, maintain it and adapt it when the model evolves, at no extra cost to you.
Hosting and running the agent, model usage up to the volume set in your quote, adjustments to its behaviour, a monthly report on what it produced and what it declined to do, and getting it back up and running if something goes wrong. A new task, a new connection or usage beyond the agreed volume is quoted separately, never a surprise on your invoice. The report is sent to you every month from the moment your agent goes live.
WordPress still makes sense for some projects, but we have chosen modern technologies (React and Next.js) that deliver stronger security with no vulnerable plugins, better SEO, and a premium user experience. If you are set on WordPress, we can point you to a colleague who works with it.

Yes. We work remotely with clients all over France, and we can travel for the meetings that matter.
Quite the opposite. Our job is to explain it plainly, find one or two use cases with real impact, and put everything in place for you. You do not need to understand the technology: you see the results in your day-to-day work.
The 350 €/day rate applies to building a custom project: design, architecture, new code. The 300 €/day rate is for pay-as-you-go work, meaning work on a site that is already live. The rate that applies to your project is stated on the quote before any order is placed.
