Sanoafit
A website for an online fitness and nutrition coach.

1. Background
Sanoafit is the business of Sandy Longo, a fitness and nutrition coach who works with women aged forty and over, the vast majority of them mothers. Her offer rests on short sessions that can be done at home and on personalized follow-up, with two packages: self-guided sessions at €150 and personalized coaching at €800 over three months. The business is entirely remote: no premises, no catchment area. Before this project she had no website: everything went through Instagram and email.
2. The challenge
Selling €800 of coaching to a stranger met on Instagram takes more than a profile and a message thread. The site had to:
- Make both packages legible and comparable, without having to send a message to find out the price
- Show the results her clients have achieved, the main converting argument in this line of work
- Tell Sandy's own story, which is what sets her apart from interchangeable coaches
- Make getting in touch reliable with a contact form that works, with no back office to administer
- Provide complete legal pages, terms of sale included, since services are sold online
- Stay fast and readable on mobile: the audience comes almost entirely from Instagram
3. The solution
Forgeum Studio designed and built the site from the ground up on Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS 4. The site is organized around six sections — home, programs, packages, transformations, about and contact — plus the four legal pages required to sell services online. The palette Sandy asked for, light blue and powder pink, structures the entire design system.
The contact form sends messages through Resend, with no mail server to administer and no third-party script loaded in the page. The sitemap and robots file are generated by the framework itself, which keeps them from drifting out of sync with the actual content. Delivered in two weeks, from first sketch to launch.
4. The outcome
The site is live at sanoafit.com. PageSpeed Insights test (Lighthouse 13.4.1) run on August 31, 2026, on the home page: 100/100 for Performance on desktop and 99/100 on mobile (Moto G Power emulation, slow 4G), 93 for Accessibility, 100 for Best Practices and 100 for SEO on both profiles. LCP measured at 2.0 s on mobile and 0.5 s on desktop, with no layout shift at all (CLS of 0). These remain lab measurements: the site's traffic is still too recent to feed a real-user report (CrUX).
This project differs from the others on one point: the site is not there simply to exist, it has to sell. Two paid packages, terms of sale, and a page built to carry a visitor arriving from Instagram through to a first conversation. It is a business website whose usefulness can be measured in messages received, not in how it looks.
5. Testimonial
Before, I only existed on social media. Today I have a real presence online, with a website that looks like me. Sébastien took the time needed to make it match what I wanted, he stayed available whenever I had questions, and he also advised me on a few things. I'm really happy to have my website.
